Last I checked, the RCMP hasn't used a brown uniform since the 50s. Regimental/dress is the red serge, black pants with stripe, and brown boots. Garrison's are reversed because he's only wearing half-mess and isn't fully accredited until the end of the year. Day to day is either grey and navy blue uniforms similar to police, or black and grey, with the badge on the shoulder of the sweater.

For the most part. Kane will be in normal street clothes, a suit, or the leathers. He'll only wear his uniforms either while on duty in his capacity as an RCMP officer, or if he feels the occasion calls for it.
