After reviewing Nathan's latest Danger Room Run, he and Haroun chat a little. Nathan's sudden change in hairstyle, slightly alarming plans for the weekend, and need for new powers-application tests come up.

Backdated to June 14th or thereabouts. Following the first Nathan/Lorna training log and the post to x_team which resulted in discussion of that training scenario, one of Haroun's ideas about thinking in more dimensions gives Al an idea on a possible application of her power. New ideas aren't always the best, however.

Jay & Forge, Thursday afternoon

Jay finally welcomes back Forge after his trip. He still feels a little awkward from their last conversation, but Forge seems to have forgotten about it, so Jay doesn't agonize. Forge unveils his summer project, and the two talk about how different and frightening the real world is.

( It wasn't that Jay had been avoiding Forge since his return. He just hasn't been around enough to say more than 'hey, good to see you again.' What with all the nothing he's been doing thus far this summer. )

Nathan and Betsy, backdated to Thursday night

Betsy finds Nathan getting ready for his trip to San Francisco, and offers an apology for her behavior during Saul's visit (behavior that was sparked by a similarity to someone she used to know). This does not mean that she approves of his weekend plans.
