Backdated to Sunday and set a little while after Scott and Alex talk, Alex returns to his room to find Mariko Yashida there looking through her cousin's stuff. They worry together, talk about Shiro (good and bad things), and Mariko decides that Alex is probably the best thing that's ever happened to Shiro.

( His heart's usually in the right place...his mouth just needs to learn to not go so far ahead. )

Nathan and Moira, Wednesday evening

After Moira comes back from the spa and Nathan returns from hugging everyone who won't smack him for it, the two of them share some ginger tea. They discuss the kids and their post-Asgard adjustment a little, Nathan finds out he's still feeling the effects of that training exercise gone wrong, and they make plans for the evening, post-poker game, which may involve them making something of a spectacle of themselves.

Following this thread, although, not directly, Paige comes to see Manny. They talk. It actually goes fabulously and a non-date is set up to go to the opera together. Who knew?
