Sanctuary (Nathan, Rahne, Angelo)

In the morning, Rahne and Nathan take a look at the church he bought. It's a promising site for the new facility, and they find out that someone is already taking advantage of the shelter it provides.
( 'Clearly, we need to get the power turned back on.' )
That afternoon, Nathan and Angelo meet with the man responsible for the policy of 'jail first and ask questions later'. It doesn't go very well, as the politician in question is something of a bigot. Nathan and Angelo don't get the support they were hoping to get, but they also manage to get out of there with a concession that the shelter will be left alone if there are no problems. On their way out, they find out that his opinions are by no means universal.
