Warren stops by the X-Factor offices to make good on that offer of drinks with Vanessa. Instead he ends up offering dinner and drinks when he finds her rummaging through the office fridge. They also find a kindred spirit of flirtation in one another.

All of their flirting over the night comes to head while they get drinks after dinner and results in what they had both assumed was a highly unlikely situation from all sides.
