Warren gets pouty when he discovers Jay has a new roommate.

Wanting to spend time with Warren didn't just include after work hours and after school, it included all hours of the day. It was something he felt he had to keep to himself or else he would scare Warren away. The rings had almost done it and afterwards, Jay cursed himself for his stupidity in not thinking probably about the rings and what they would mean - one which now hung off his neck to replace the lost pendant Kevin gave him.

He thought about the pendant when he was under the shower, basking in the heat that sprayed down on him and idol thoughts wandered into what had happened to the necklace. The last time he was wearing it was when they were in the car before they were hit. Afterwards, he'd been gone for so long, he figured either it had been removed or lost. Either way, he didn't have it anymore, caused by some ill fated timing and his thoughts rolled into Romeo and Juliet's Shakespeare, pouring over tragedy that was much like his own.

Warren's thoughts for the moment were a little less serious - they involved wanting coffee and struggling to find it in a surprisingly full kitchenette. In the end he gave up, wandering out into the shared living space and staring at a winter coat hung over one of the chairs that he was sure he'd never seen on Jay. Huh. He stared at it for a couple of moments, before making his way to the bathroom, not bothering to knock as he let himself in.

"Someone's left their jacket here," he commented, peering into the shower. "And I think you hide my coffee when you restocked the kitchen. There is a lot of food in there, you know. Planning a dinner party?"

Warren's voice broke through his thoughts, almost abruptly so and he paused before answering, a swell of annoyance developed quite quickly at being disrupted. Though he couldn't fault Warren for it, Jay would have probably done the same thing.

"Lex filled the fridge, Ah think. That guy wastes no time in keepin' his promises." He paused, tilting his head back and around, placing an arm up beside him and changing the direction of the showerhead so it came down right on top of him.

"Might be his jacket; he moved in Monday."

"You've got a roommate?" That was just about all Warren took from that, and he frowned a little bit. He would have liked to know - not that it really mattered to him either way, but in the interests of not wandering around the suite naked or something like that, he would have like to know.

"Yeah Lex," Jay recounted. "He's a sailor, also a trainee." Jay turned off the water, knowing that he was well past his timelimit for a shower and drew back the curtain, fetching the towel at the side. "You know him, don'tcha?"

"Not particularly," he replied, stepping out of Jay's way so he could get out of the shower and resisting the urge to be a little more proactive when it came to Jay and drying off. "I've seen him at training, but we haven't really spoken."

"A bit of a hunk really," Jay teased and wrapped the towel around his waist, tucking the end in by his hip. He was not ignorant to the way Warren was looking at him. "Try 'em, he's nice." Was he doing that intentionally? Probably so.

"I'm sure I'll run into him at some point," he said non-committantly, reaching forward and tugging Jay in towards him. "Though I'll have to remember to start wearing clothes when I wander about the place now." He leant in, aiming for a kiss. The sight of a wet and naked Jay was just as irresistable as he thought.

Jay met the kiss but broke it almost immediately with a laugh. "You? Clothes? Like hell. Why wear clothes 'round Lex?" he asked, squirming out of Warren's grasp and slipping out of the washroom. He like this, tempting his boyfriend. "He's a guy, Ah think he can take it." This might have not occured to Jay that he had just told warren that he didn't plan on wearing clothes so why should Warren?

"I don't know. Isn't there some sort of protocol in regards to wearing clothes around your roommate?" It had been a very long time since Warren had had a roommate he wasn't sleeping with - even before he and Piotr had gotten together, they'd been roommates and best friends, so he wasn't sure that counted as roommate experience.

"This about you wearing clothes around Lex or me?" Jay teased as he disappeared into his bedroom. He walked around it, looking for a good pair of jean - there were only so many - and came across a pair before he stared slipping them on, sans underwear.

"Both?" Warren tilted his head, looking thoughtful as he watched Jay get dressed. It was a little criminal, him covering up like that.

"Ah don't think he's lookin'," Jay scolded with a pointed look before he did up the button.

"That's not really the point," Warren replied, even though he was pretty sure he was going to end up losing this discussion.

"I'm listenin'," he replied with a smile, crossing his arms and clearly waiting.

Warren opened his mouth, then closed it again, a somewhat comical expression on his face. "Maybe I just want to keep naked you to myself," he said eventually, moving over to Jay and resting his hands on his hips. "Can you really blame me?"

"Well if that's yer excuse," he leaned into the hold, hips first. "Ah might never let you leave." When they got like this, nothing productive ever got done.

"Remind me again why I should think that's a bad thing?" He asked with a grin, leaning in for a kiss.

"Cause," Jay murmured. But then, that excuse died on his tongue.
