Following Molly's tumble from the window, Wade makes an appearance, as he does, and then takes her to the medlab.

Kurt had left to check on Topaz, and Catseye had headed to the medlab to talk to doctor Jean, leaving Wade and Molly. Molly was still sitting on the ground in the snow and the kicked up dirt and grass. After a moment she picked herself up, glancing toward the broken window, then the darkened porch, checking the shadows to make sure there wasn't anything in them. Slendermen were magic. She hoped they didn't sneak in through her dreams.

Having sheathed the knives he'd come out the window above wielding, Wade did a general perimeter check before grabbing the flashlight off his utility belt and turning it on. The he handed it to Molly. "Here. And don't worry, I've got your back. Wanna head down to the medlab or upstairs or the rec room - what're you feeling, half-pint?"

Molly gripped the flashlight, shining it toward the shadows. Luckily she only found the empty porch swing, though her hands were shaky so the light bounced up and down like they were riding on a bumpy road.

She didn't answer him at first, cause she was happy there was nothing there and got distracted.

"Molly?" Wade asked, quirking a smile despite himself. "Medlab, rec room? Ice cream in the kitchen?"

Jumping at the sound of her name, Molly quickly glanced over. "Sorry. Um....well, they wanted me to go to the medlab to get checked out," she said. She looked down at her clothes. "I should probably get some new pajamas too." She frowned.

"These were my favorite."

"I'm sure Marie-Ange wouldn't mind going with you to pick out a new set, if you wanted," Wade said, reaching over to brush a piece of glass out of Molly's hair. He picked up the sheet she'd been tangled in and, after shaking it out, tipped his chin toward the door. "Let's see about getting you those PJs from upstairs, then we'll head to the medlab."

Molly shoved her hands in her pockets. She liked having pockets in her pajamas so she could do just this. When he mentioned Mary Angie she tensed up a little, biting her lip.

"Okay," she said. It was just a dream. Just a dream. Mary Angie was only evil in the dream, and when evil men made a fake her evil.

"Hey," Wade said, crouching down in the snow in front of Molly. "Hey, what's wrong?" He knew something had to be wrong - she'd just flung herself out a window. True, it was while she was asleep, but still. You didn't flail around like that unless you were having one hell of a nightmare.

Ducking her head, Molly was quiet for a few long moments, little deep gulping breaths misting in the cold air.

"They always make people I know evil. I don't like that," she mumbled, not realizing she didn't quite make sense since she was still a little groggy.

"What, like when we were the good guys and awesome and... ah." And Marie-Ange had been evil. She'd been Death. Right. "Gotcha. Sometimes people are just..." Wade wasn't going to curse in front of Molly, that just seemed wrong. "Sometime's they're really mean for like, no reason. They mess with your head and it sucks. But nobody here would do that on purpose."

"I know," Molly said quietly. "But I still dreamed it. Mary Angie, and Marius, and Kurt, and Nanny, and the Robot...and....and Marius ate Catseye."

The last part was a blurt of information, quickly swallowed up by another breath as she stared at the snow. She remembered the blood, lots of it. It looked like strawberry syrup but she knew it wasn't.

"I...I couldn't wake up."

Damn, Molly had some gory dreams. "But you're awake now. You've got a flashlight, we'll go see Doctor Amelia or maybe Doctor Cecilia and then chill in the kitchen with some ice cream for a little, if you want."

"Maybe Doctor Jean? Doctor Ghost is creepy...and I don't want Doctor Cecilia to meet me like this...the bad dream window girl, you know?"

"I totally get that," Wade said, nodding. He tipped his head toward the door leading into the mansion. "Let's so see if we can find Doc Jean." In all likelihood, there was nothing physically wrong with Molly. Invulnerability had it's advantages - some really big ones. But Wade wasn't really worried about her physical wellness at the moment - he was way more worried about her mind. How much trauma could a girl her age take? That Nanny witch, Genosha, her parents - God, her parents had been real pieces of work. He still wanted to punch them. Twice. While wearing brass knuckles. Not to mention that Slenderman thing. "Yeah, let's talk to Doc Jean."

"Can we get soda from the kitchen too?" Molly said. She didn't feel much like sleeping, even if she had class tomorrow.

"Absolutely," Wade said, dropping the sheet over his arm and bowing over it like a French waiter, twirly hand gesture and all. "My Lady - if you please."

Molly stared at him with a funny look, not expecting that. It made her let out a little surprised giggle. " Thank you," she said politely, giving him a bit of a tiny curtsy.

Wade smiled as he and Molly went inside, worry still bouncing around inside his head.
