Julian and Tandy run into each other outside her suite after the awkwardness of seeing him in his boxers.

Feeling good about his decision, Julian exited the door to Adrienne Frost's suite backwards, waving goodbye as he went. Turning, he found himself face-to-face with the woman he'd been avoiding, though at least this time he had his clothes on An awkward grin spread across his face as he froze up, not sure what to say. All he could manage vocally was a drawn out, "Heeeeey, you."

Tandy was leaning on the wall opposite of her own suite. It was embarrassing walking in on someone who was just in their boxers even more so when it was in your own suite. When the door opened she stood up straight. "Hey. I am sorry I didn't know you where getting naked otherwise I wouldn't has walked in." She blurted out.

"Yeah, I had a fitting, with Adrienne...your roommate..." words suddenly became more difficult to form as blush spread to his cheeks- why had he been avoiding her again? It wasn't like there was truth to the rumors. "You look well," he smiled awkwardly...it wasn't his best look.

"Yup. I am going to get her a sign saying 'Fitting in Process. Do not disturbed.'" Tandy smiled just a bit. "Do you tell all the girls they look well after they seen you in nothing but boxers?" She paused for a moment. "I am joking.. So....any plans for the rest of the day?"

Julian's blush deepened as he leaned against the wall and shrugged, "Not really- afternoon workout, make a few calls about buying some property...maybe see if Vale is up to playing some video games or something. It's amazing how much free time you have when you don't have classes or a real job." He smiled, trying to mask the slight sense of discomfort, "How about you?"

"Tell me about it." Tandy said. She didn't have classes either and was finding having a lot of free time can come with freedom but also boredom. "Just picking up my keys. I am going to head into the city....there has been something I been meaning to ask you. Why did we get all awkward when all the press came out with that photo of us? I mean I totally understand the awkwardness after what just transpired a few moments before."

A slight blush crept into his cheeks, "That," Julian paused a beat for emphasis, "is an entirely fair question." He sighed and ruffled his hair, "I know it's not true that we're an item, but both of us live very public lives- mine is unfortunately tarnished right now and I didn't want that to rub off on yours. Though in this moment...that's seems like a pretty dumb reason." His sheepish smile faded at the end, as his lips quirked to the side into an embarrassed frown.

Tan couldn't help but chuckle. "I don't think you could tarnish my "good" name any worse and it isn't dumb. It is kind of cool that you are thinking of my good name. But don't worry I am a big girl and I have dealt with harassing journalist before and demons."

His sheepish smile turned into a genuine one, "I know you are, and I'm certain you have- not to mention, much worse." Their first meeting had been about one such worse thing. "I tried to find out who sold the photo, but it turns out it was just someone putting it up on Facebook and it got spread around. At least they got our good side and made me look like a half-way good dancer. You're not mad at me then?"

"That is how rumors are started. Innocent picture turned into a devious scandal that they like to make up. You aren't a bad dancer even if you still looking around for that unicorn. Did you end up catching it at the end of the night? And no, not mad."

"Sadly, the fabled equine escaped," Julian rolled his eyes. Starting his gaze back to Tandy, "You're not such a bad dancer yourself, Miss Bowen. The word graceful comes to mind." His thumbs found his vest pockets, his head cocked slightly to the side. "Is there anything you're not good at? Dancing, conversation, fashion...."

"I can think of a few things I am not very good at, like chess. I suck at chess."

"Chess is boring anyway," he chuckled- though he had enjoyed the game thoroughly when he was younger, several trophies decorated a shelf back in Malibu as a testament to his skill. "Too much thought, not enough action, right?" Julian pulled his watch from his pocket, glancing at it without opening it before putting it back, glancing back at the blonde woman, "Would you care for a ride into the city?"

"Exactly. I only learned how to play because Adrienne has the chess club thing." Tandy gave a mock gasp at his offer. "He dares be seen in public with me again? The only question is how will I get home?"

Julian rolled his eyes slightly, "If you can stand being seen with me, then yes, I'd be happy to. And if you can wait for me to meet with a guy about buying his nightclub, I'd be happy to bring you back- after a celebratory dinner of course." There would be more photos, of course, but maybe that wasn't a bad thing.

"Buying a nightclub? Really?" Tandy looked at him and shook her head. "You are weird. But I won't say no to food. Let me grab my jacket and I will be ready." She brushed by him as she walked into her suite to grab her jacket.

Julian pulled out his phone and sent another quick text explaining that he'd be slightly delayed for his meeting, then patiently waited for Tandy to return- certain that he'd be warm enough with his suit coat. This certainly was turning into an interesting day.

"I'll be back later Adri." Tandy called out to her guardian as she walked back out. "Okay. Ready."
