It had been a few days already, but true to his word, Warren spent them on various reports and essentially buried under paperwork.

From the moment they'd arrived and had been whisked off to their private Villa, he had barely seen Bobbi. He knew she was being well taken care of though -- After all, he was paying enough.

"Are you enjoying yourself?," Warren asked, reaching for his wine. "Because if anything is lacking, let me know. I'll take care of it."

"Lacking?" Bobbi almost laughed, not because anything was lacking but because it was the exact opposite of that. She'd never been waited on hand and foot as much in her life, even though she wasn't ordering anything that cost extra and she tipped whenever she could, but still. It was ludicrous to think that anyone could find anything lacking there at all. She'd even availed of the resort's spa services one day, her sole indulgence since her arrival - above and beyond the very indulgence of being there in the first place.

"I really am, it's been amazing." She raised her own wine glass, holding it out in a toast to her host. "I don't even know where to begin to say thank you, Warren, truly."

Warren waved her off. "It's honestly nothing. I'm thankful for the company and since I'm doing work, I'll write something off as a business expense." He grinned. "Capitalism at its best."

Leaning back on his chair, he tilted his head. "To be honest, I'm pleasantly surprised you came. Wealth can be...intimidating."

Bobbi bit her tongue. It was far from nothing, but she didn't want to embarrass her generous benefactor, who was also her boss she reminded herself. Instead she just smiled and took another sip of wine.

"To be honest myself, I - I'm kind of surprised I came too." She paused with her fork mid-air as she realized how that might sound. "Not that I regret coming, or didn't want to come, I just - it's a lot, I guess. And I didn't want to take advantage of you, nor did I want to give you the wrong impression, like..."

She trailed off, not quite sure how to finish that thought. Instead Bobbi removed her foot and put the forkful of food into her mouth instead.

"Like if you have to sleep with me to pay this back?," Warren asked with a wry grin. "There isn't a single person in this world who can make me do something I don't want to do, so trust me -- no ulterior motives. No expectations. Simply co-workers out at a tropical resort."

A thought came to.him. "Is that why you're not indulging in the extra-curriculars? Everything that is suggested in the schedule is already paid for." Not really, but that was semantics. "You are here to enjoy yourself and relax. Take advantage. Let loose a little."

"No no, nothing like that," Only it had been exactly like that. Not that she'd really expected Warren to bring her there for that reason, or demand anything of her, it was just that Bobbi was worried that was what she should do, or at least attempt, or or - or something. She didn't know and that was the source of her conflict.

"I know you wouldn't. Don't. Expect anything." That was the only way she could say it, and even then there was a hint of blushing. "And even without all of that," she said, waving her hand as if to shoo away all the sleeping-with-you talk, "I just didn't want to run up a bill for you I guess." He was probably right, though, she should let loose a little, especially if everything really was all paid for in advance.

"I guess I'm just not used to this kind of lifestyle, which makes me sound kinda simple and all but, well." She chuckled a little, as she was what she was after all.

He could understand that. Jean always was uncomfortable with his money. "How's this: Friday night we'll leave the resort and hit the town. I'll show you around and we'll see what kind of trouble we can get into. I'll even give you my card in the morning and you can get a new outfit."

She thought about it for a moment before nodding in agreement. "I'd like that I think. Though I don't want to take your card if it's all the same, I hope that's ok?" Bobbi figured they could either charge it to their hotel room or he could go with her perhaps, she wasn't sure how comfortable she'd be with actually having a piece of plastic in her possession with a credit limit likely higher than what she'd earn for the rest of her life combined.

"Whatever is easiest for you," Warren said with a smile. "I can be flexible...in more ways than one." Another grin. "Sorry, couldn't help myself."
