The Bermuda Triangle is a popular vacationing spot. Not that Clea, Darcy, or Ty want to go.
Clea made her way to the place she was told to go. "Emergency in a place I didn't even know existed. But of course it existed." Clea muttered to herself and saw a familiar face. But how has the tables turned that someone texted her for help instead of the otherway. "Hi Darcy. You got an SOS?"
"Yeah, Clint said The Bermuda Triangle? If he gets us lost in time in space I'm never giving him another gold star," Darcy replied with a wry grin. "I guess we're taking Magic Express to get down there?"
"I've heard myths about people going into the Triangle and never coming out." Clea shifted feet, "Well, we haven't covered teleportation in magic class. So maybe are get a lift? Apparently this is where we are supposed to hitch a ride. At least from Miss Amanda's text."
"Yeah, that's what Clint said. Hopefully like Clarice's portals, because those were awesome."
The shadow that grabbed them wasn't subtle, or comfortable. But it was fast.
Darcy only looked slightly windswept as they came to rest on the boat. "That wasn't the worst long distance trip I've had." She took in the water around them. "Creepy but kinda beautiful. You alright, Clea?"
Clea grabbed onto the railing as her feet were no longer on solid ground. "I've never been on a boat before."
"It's kinda like riding a horse, so you'll get used to it the longer you're on the boat. Will the motion affect the magic stuff?"
"It shouldn't." Clea said as she got steady on her feet. "I'll be fine. Just...it is weird that it is moving."
"Good that it won't mess with your mojo. I'm a little nervous about all of this as is." Darcy replied with a wry grin.
"Can't let a little movement mess me up." Clea said with a nod. "We'll be fine. Everything will be fine." Who was she trying to convince? Herself or Darcy? "Besides we are on a boat."
Ty just sat where he was, looking slightly dazed. "I think I'll sit," he said unevenly.
"That's... yeah, that probably good. You sit, Clea works on magic... stuff. And I..." Darcy dug around in her bag for a minute. "Granola bar and a half bottle of water? Would that help you out?"
"I like food," Ty said distractedly.
Clea took out her own cellphone, yes distraction, and went to take a selfie of herself and the sea in the background. It made her feel a little better. "Okay. I'm going to find Amanda and Topaz and get more information on the situation. And Tyrone, I'll treat you to some tacos when we get back. As a thank you for teleporting us."
