Letter to Dr. Essex
Nov. 25th, 2003 10:11 pmDr. Essex,
I give you my thanks for returning Ms. Braddock to us, with her sight back. You know that I do not approve of your methods, but I cannot argue with your results.
I would not even attempt to stop you from seeing those students to whom you've become attached. It would only push them more towards you, as you and I both know. You may, and likely will, continue to see them, as your schedule allows. This doesn't mean however, that I approve or condone it.
But let it be known that if you step one foot on school grounds, it will likely be your last step. This is not a threat, or a promise. A simple statement of fact, and one that is believed by a number of people who dwell here. Take it as you would. A warning would likely be best.
I hope, Dr. Essex, that we never chance to cross paths again.
Sincerely,
Scott Summers

Indeed.
Date: 2003-11-26 06:41 am (UTC)My dear boy, aren't you the young gallent? All puffed up and splotchy. I bet that you would ride out and slay any dragons that you could confront. However, being as this dragon is keeping you alive, bear very close attention.
You are a terrorist in the eyes of the United States government. A dangerous zealot who seeks what your fellow Lensherr does. the only thing that is keeping you and Charles from the scopes of the riflemen of the US Ranger is myself. Be grateful.
If you ever, and allow me to advise you not to dismiss this caveat in any many, allow those students to face harm due to your actions, I will see to your personal destruction. You wish to threaten me? Boy, I am your master in all things, and if those students ever find the slightest issue in your care, I will repay it on you tenfold.
Should you ever find yourself in England, do drop by. I'm sure we can have much to converse about. Past that, keep your pitiful death threats to yourself. Even your stunted intellect should see that I am beyond you, young Mister Summers. My best to Ms Braddock.
Your friend,
Nathaniel Essex
