After the disastrous conversation the night before, Terry tries again to talk to Bobby. Angelo plays bouncer and sends her packing.

Terry had spent a miserable sleepless night crying on various of her suitemates as would listen--some with less sympathy than others. When morning came, she felt stiff and slimy. Getting up early and showering for nearly an hour made her feel less physically gross but didn't help the heartache. Twisting up her still wet hair, she pulled on clothes and squared her shoulders, determined not to give up without explaining herself. She ran off to Bobby's suite and rapped on the door, trying to remain calm.

She was out of luck today. Angelo answered the door, and the expression on his face left no doubt that she'd be getting no sympathy here. "Terry. What do you want?"

"Angelo?" Terry's mental plan broke, not having expected Bobby's suitemate instead of Bobby. "Uh…is...he here? Can I talk to him?" Judging by the way he placed himself firmly between her and a view of the suite behind him, this wasn't going to go well. "Please, Angelo, I need to talk to him. I have to explain."

"No, you can't", he said flatly. "If Bobby wants to talk to you, he'll find you."

She gaped at him, "You didn't even ask him. I really need to talk to him, I can't just let him think that I'm some horrible person."

Angelo rolled his eyes. "I live with him, Terry. You think I don't know who he does and doesn't want to see?"

"But this is different. I need to see him. Can't you please just ask him if he'll see me?" Terry's voice was becoming increasingly desperate, terrified that Angelo was right and that Bobby really wouldn't want to see her and more that he wasn't ever going to want to see her. "Tell him I'm sorry and that I want to see him. Please?"

"I'll tell him", Angelo agreed grudgingly. "But you leave him alone unless he comes to you."

"What if he doesn't?" she demanded. "I can't just let him go. It's not fair."

He gave her a flat look. "Nor was what you did to him."

"I didn't do it to him! It was a mistake and it had nothing to do with us. I just want a chance to make him see that. I wasn't trying to hurt him and I'm sorry." She didn't really want to be explaining herself to Angelo instead of Bobby but if he was the gate keeper, well, that's what she'd do.

"Should've thought of that before you hooked up with Manuel while Bobby was off savin' lives, then, shouldn't you?" he said pointedly, not relenting.

"I didn't mean for it to happen at all. It just did and I'm sorry. If I could take it back I could." She sniffled, scrubbing at her eyes harshly. "I never meant to hurt him."

"What you meant's not quite the issue here. You know damn well you did hurt him. He might forgive you."

"He won't if you don't let me talk to him." She whimpered. "He'll just go on thinking I'm some horrible slut."

"I'm not lettin' you in here", came the flat response. "Not today."

Obviously he wasn't going to budge and she honestly couldn't blame him. Sniffling she nodded and backed off. "Fine. Just tell him that I love him please?"

"Sure." He would, too. Probably. He started to close the door.

Terry swallowed hard. "Thanks," she said quietly. She didn't know what she was going to do now.

He nodded, once, curtly, and the door closed in her face.
