On failing to find Nathan, Angelo goes looking for Alison to tell her his worries in the light of what he knows.
Nathan was not in the office, when Angelo showed up for work in the morning. Nathan was not in his rooms, either, or in the gym, or anywhere immediately obvious on the grounds. It was possible he was in the Danger Room, of course, but...
It was time to go see Alison.
Seeing Angelo bustling about the mansion usually meant he was working on something with Nathan. Seeing Angelo making a beeline for her, with that frown on his face and with that intentful stride, however, had always meant Something Was Up on the few times he'd done so before. And so it was that when Angelo walked (almost ran!) towards her in the latter way, Alison felt it best to send the student she'd been speaking too along before he reached her.
"Do you know where Nathan is?" was the first question, not so much not bothering with a greeting as forgetting about it. "I can't find him anywhere... is he trainin'?"
"No." And while 'not find him anywhere' wasn't possible, considering how large the grounds were, that Angelo was worried about it, and enough to seek her out, was in turn enough to get Alison to wondering. "I'll ask Lee if he's got anything. What's making you worry?" Tapping the comm took all of two seconds, and Alison waited for Lee's report while Angelo explained.
"A few weeks ago, he had another precog fit. Wasn't the last one, either, but... after that one, he told me... he was goin' to do somethin' stupid. Didn't say when, or what, just that he was gonna have to do it."
"Well crap." That was more than enough to seal the bargain, and Alison started to jog in the direction of the security offices. She stopped only a few steps later though and looked over her shoulder towards Angelo calculatingly. Whom she knew had been keeping tabs on the precognitive events Nathan had whenever he could, as Angelo had simply and smartly told he would a while ago. "You. Come on."
