Re: Grumpy People
You mentioned wanting to cheer up Angelo earlier, and I know it is not much, but I have this idea, but it may require a quick shopping trip. I think I might be able to get Jamie to drive us. I'll check.

Re: Grumpy Angelo
Jubilee wants to cheer Angelo up, and I think I have part of a good idea. I know something really bad happened, but I am not sure exactly what. Jubilee suggested a strong reminder to be happy, and maybe distracting him and making him laugh might help. He has a sense of humour, after all. I remembered that Bed, Bath and Beyond had some very, very loud smiley-face sheets on 85% off. Because they were ugly. Really ugly. Are you up for helping us distract Angelo?

Since when have I ever turned down shopping? And cheering up Angelo, bonus! Just tell me when and where, dude.

Re: Driving
I am apparantly, still a moron. Jamie is still grounded from driving, so we might have to get someone else to help. I think Tabitha might though, she's always up for pranks.
I don't know if I can tag along, but I've got enough cash to pay for half.

Sounds like a neat idea. Who're you going to ask to go buy the sheets for us?

Jubilee agreed to go get them, and I think she'll manage to convince someone to drive her. I forgot you're not driving right now.
I blame Algebra tests. It is always Algebra's fault.

Is not. Wait till you get into Trig. :) And then there's calculus, and ubercalculus, and megacalculus, and hyper-supra-crazy-upside-down-calculus, and then there's just all the stuff I just call "Kitty Math" because every time she tries to explain it I zone out and start looking at uhnevermindexactlywhat.
So nope, it isn't all algebra's fault. ;)

Is too. I'm not taking any of that, so I get to blame Algebra.

Yeah, but it's fun to blame trig. There's triangles everywhere. And they're stalking you with their beady little angles (or suspicious-looking overly-wide angles, if they're that kind of triangle) and chanting "Sohcahtoa! Sohcahtoa!" because that's what trigonometry triangles do. There's a lot more you can blame on trig than you can on algebra.

But to blame triangles, I would have to take trig, and it scares me.
How are we going to get Angelo and Shiro and Alex out of that room to replace the sheets on Angelo's bed with the Ugly Smiley Faced Ones?

Well, Angelo's already out, they tossed him until he stops "moping," because he's "trying to make people pity him."
Uh, on the same note, somebody who isn't me should get Alex and Shiro out of there long enough to change the sheets. There's kind of some strain, there, right now.
But I can have three dupes in and out of there to change the sheets in maybe five minutes tops. :)

They threw him out? You cannot possibly be serious.
I knew Shiro was a jerk, but I did not think Alex was as bad.
Re: Algebra
Date: 2003-12-09 07:42 pm (UTC)Alex thought he was actually helping, and I dunno, maybe he had a point, kind of, for like Dr. McCoy would say, certain values of "point." Pretty sure Shiro just didn't feel like dealing with him anymore, though. We had kind of a big e-mail argument about it yesterday.
