Amanda, Scott; Amanda, Manuel - Monday morning

Not long after, Amanda stops by Manuel's room, and things are as awkward as they were when she left. Things go from awkward to better to worse.

Nathan stops by to see Wanda, to thank her for what she did in Vegas. The conversation turns to the Askani, and proceeds to go in some very interesting directions, as they talk about the Lehnsherr Manifesto and counter-propaganda.

Jubilee goes to find Scott, who's been ignoring her since she came back from Vegas. You could even say she's wanting to pick a fight. Scott not only doesn't rise to the bait, he throws her for a loop.

Scott and Haroun, Monday morning

Scott heads down to the Danger Room and finds Haroun there exploring how to juice up his offensive power. They have a brief chat about the practicalities of carrying weapons and the versatility (or lack thereof) of their mutations. Then Scott shows off, just a little.

( You realize, if I okay you carrying guns on missions, I'm going to have to do the same for Nathan once he's on active status? And then the two of you will probably be trying to outdo each other with who can have the bigger gun. )

Amanda, Angelo - Monday afternoon

After lying low for a while after the disaster of seeign Manuel, Amanda visits Angelo to give him his present. It goes much better, even though Amanda's rather evasive about several things. Apparently Vegas brought back a couple of old habits, although the reasons are much better this time.

After talking to Angelo, Amanda goes down to medlab for the usual post-healing checkup. It turns out it's not her body that needs healing - Moira provides mother-type comfort and advice on the state of Amanda's relationship with Manuel.

Cain and Nathan, Monday late afternoon

Nathan stops by the boathouse to touch base with Cain and give him something he brought back from Albuquerque. They talk a little about the past week, and the future.

Sometime last week, Angelo takes Joyita to visit a very bored Bella, and eventually persuades her going outside would be more fun than destroying Nathan's bed.

On Monday morning, Angelo stops by to see Nathan, is given his present from New Mexico, and learns a bit about Nathan's telepathy.
