Bishop hands Laurie some medical files to run by Hank and Jean

( I figure he probably didn't care enough to be thorough. Or have our expertise. )

Kyle and Laurie: Worst Lunch EVER.

Kyle drags Laurie out for lunch. While he can keep her from trying to do homework, he can't keep her from snooping on those medical files that Bishop gave her. Which is just as well since they reveal just who, or, well, what, is killing all those people in District X.

( No eating my work stuff, Bishop would have kittens, or Vanessa would and then she'd be all 'What the hell do I do with all these blue kittens?' and I would totally blame you and say you had to find places for them to live. )

Jean-Paul, Laura, Bishop, Vanessa, Laurie, Kyle & Lykos (w/Jean)

When Lykos gets onto the pair of mutants following him things quickly spiral out of control.

( Lykos makes the tail on him. )

( Vanessa gets a call that trouble's going down and quickly heads down with Bishop to back up Jean-Paul and Laura. )

( Jean-Paul's escape to get back up doesn't go unnoticed, however. )

( Once she gets eyes on what they are dealing with Vanessa makes a call to ensure Lykos is dealt with without X-Factor having to spill blood in public. )

( While most of X-Factor is trying to deal with Lykos Laurie gets ahold of Bishop to let him know what they are dealing with. )

( When she arrives at the scene with Lykos Laurie quickly finds herself recruited for crowd control )

( Despite the fight he puts up Lykos finds himself unable to compete with the combined force of Jean-Paul, Laura, Bishop and Kyle and is taken down. )

Vanessa/Wade, Hank/Wade, & Jean/Wade | Sunday Afternoon/Evening

Wade visits the firing range and finds Vanessa.


( Occupational hazards have gone down and some people have been smart enough to figure out if they shoot at me likely they'll be shot at back. I don't miss much. )

Wade goes to see Hank, accidentally a day early, and they start the testing to try and figure out what's up with Wade's healing factor.


( I will, however, to acquiesce to your peace of mind and promise that I will take your secret to my grave. )

On his way back up to his room after his meeting with Hank, Wade meets Jean. Wade decides he likes Jean.


( Good, keep it that way and we'll be friends. You, happily unmarried and chasing after tail over the age of 21 and me, happily married and teaching high school science... )
