GBOW: Here Come The Drums
Apr. 24th, 2010 03:02 pmKurt and Tabitha take a personal approach in disabling the oncoming armor.
It was three heavy brigades they were facing, rushing over the border and looking to quickly punch through any defenses on their way to opening up for the flood of troops behind them.
Kurt had been supplied with pictures showing inside one of those turrets, and he was ready to bet they would all conform. He looked to Tabitha. "Meltdown, I am ready when you are. The first bomb, please."
"We doing this one at a time?" She asked as she pulled up the energy for a bomb. "Don't know if I can keep track of more than two or three."
"Then stick to two or three", Kurt advised. "If you can keep up a small stockpile, so that I can come back and simply grab one, that would be good."
She began to line them up. "Make sure you take them in order," she warned. "Not too into blowing one or both of us up."
"Oldest on the left", he agreed, then picked one of the bombs up and disappeared, reappearing by her side a moment later to wait for a very nice explosion.
Tabitha nodded with a strained grin. "Thank you, back to making boom?"
"Back to making boom", he agreed. "But if you tire too much, you must tell me."
Tabitha started lining up the bombs again. "Let's have at it."
Kurt smiled slightly and nodded, then went back to his work with the next bomb.
