After scrounging around the kitchen for some suitable makeup work snacks, Clint gets distracted on his way back to his suite by the dulcet tones of vintage zombie horror.

Tandy popped the 1968 version of Night of the Living Dead into the player before taking a seat on the couch. It was her classic horror movie night, a little ritual she had to end the weekend. Reaching over for the popcorn she pointed the remote to the T.V. and clicked play, she wiggled in her seat in excitement when the title of the movie popped on screen.

Clint walked past the rec room on his way back to his suite and paused at the sound of familiar opening credits, the study snack he'd been sent to find in hand. Peering inside, he saw a girl he'd briefly met while shadowing Maddie watching a movie. "The original Night of the Living Dead? I haven't seen that in a while."

"You know it. You can join me if you want." Tandy said as she popped a popcorn into her mouth before turning her head to see the new kid. "Clint...right? I saw you shadowing Maddie last week." Offering the boy a smile before turning her head back to the screen.

He hadn't planned on stopping, since he had a good bit of makeup work to finish, but well. Old films were some of the only ones he could watch with other people and feel like he was getting the same thing out of it that they were. Plus - zombies. "Yeah. Okay," he said, sitting on the opposite end of the couch. "Are you into classic movies?"

Tandy shifted the popcorn more so it was between them - in case he wanted some. "Yes. I have this ritual I've done since I was little and I would watch a classic movie at the end of the weekend. I don't know why but there is something about it that just...makes me happy? I guess that would be a good word to describe it." Looking over at Clint. "You like classic movies?"

Reaching for some popcorn, Clint took a handful and nodded. "Yeah. I mean." He paused. Might as well get it out of the way. "I'm colorblind. So it's nice not to have to worry about that during the movie. Nothing super important hinges on color in these, y'know?"

Tilting her head to the side, she would have never guessed. "Yup I agree. So you can see only black and white?" Tandy smirked a bit at him. "Kind of like you are always watching everything the classic way?"

"Something like that," Clint said, quirking a small smile. "Seriously, though. This one's pretty depressing. What made you pick it?"

Tandy turned back to the movie, "Apparently our class project as a whole is Zombies this year. So why not. And who doesn't like a good zombie movie?"

Clint had no answer for that, so he just ate his popcorn. He'd heard about the zombie project and was actually looking forward to it. Several minutes and a few handfuls of popcorn later, Clint shifted a little, the snack he'd snagged earlier crinkling a little. "I should go drop this off for Billy and Maddie. You watch a movie every Sunday, though?"

Tandy turned to Clint and nodded, "Every Sunday around this time. You should come, might enjoy it." The blonde smiled again at the boy, "Who knows next week might be Godzilla or something."

"As long as it's not John Wayne," Clint said, quirking another smile. "I'll see you around." He stood up and headed started back toward his suite again. Good to know about movie night - it sounded like it'd be fun.

"Too much cowboy for you?" Tandy teased him, "See ya around Clint." Pulling the popcorn closer to her as she continued to her weekly ritual of watching classic movies.
