Amy and Hope enjoy themselves on the forums of the Foundation of Genetic Harmony.

Amy was feeling positively exhilarated as she logged onto the forums to see what was going on in the chats. Tonight was going to be a good night, she could tell. A small Skype notification popped up in the corner of her screen. Hope was online. She grinned as she pulled up the window and called Hope.

"Come on, come oooooon," she murmured, bouncing anxiously.

"You have a video call." The sign popped up on Hope's screen and a smile stole over her face as minimized the website she was browsing and instead answered the call. "Hey Amy." She replied once her webcam and mic were live. Observing her friend for sec, she continued: "You seem excited to night? Did something special happen?"

"Are you doing anything?" Amy asked without preamble, eyes alight. "I mean, you don't have anywhere you need to be, right? You can talk for a bit?"

"I have plenty of time. Got my homework done and everything." Hope smiled. "I was actually just browsing the forums. I wanted to see if Athena had reacted to that post about the obligatory housing they are proposing here and there... But do tell me... what has you this excited?" Hope could not remember her friend being this excited since they had met up about a year ago again.

Amy bounced a bit, still grinning. "Wanna go into the inner forums?"

"Wait... what? The inner forums!" Hope's eyes widened a little. "Are you quite serious? I thought you usually had to be around like at least three months or something for that to be possible!"

"Yeah but I talked to people and everyone seems to like you so I got them to bend the rules a little. There's a lot of discussion going on tonight too, it'll be a great time to be there."

"I can say one thing... you seem to have found a good place for yourself here! But yes, lets head on in." Hope's smile widened a little more and her eyes twinkled. "What is the topic of choice tonight?"

"Lack of mutants in popular media," Amy said as she sent Hope the password for the inner forums. "And even if they are mutants, they have to hide it because it would cause an uproar. Can you imagine what would happen if Leonardo DiCaprio came out as a mutant? The entire world would probably collapse in on itself."

"Back in a sec. I am going to log in." Hope minimized the chat window and quickly opened up the login for the inner forums. A rattle of keys and she was in and she quickly scanned the contents of the discussion. She dragged the window so it covered about half her screen, then opened up the chat window to Amy and grinned.

"It looks quite a bit more lively then just on the outer forums... doesn't it?"

"Everyone's really passionate," Amy explained. "It's amazing though, sometimes it's hard to keep up, they get really into it."

"How in the world do people keep if once they end up talking in three languages!" Hope remarked as she watched the discussion a little more. "Or does this part of the site just have more European people? In my experience they are more multilingual then we are..."

"I think it's more European people here. But there are extensions you can download so your browser translates for you, I'll send you a link for the one I use." Amy's eyes were shining as she scanned the discussion to catch up on what she'd missed.

"Uhm, I think that would be a good idea. I can do the English and the French, but I think I am also seeing Spanish... German... and something I don't recognize... translators are definitely a good idea..." A link popped up in the chat section of Skype and she quickly opened another window in her browser. "So far all those who came out look pretty minor... I do not even recognize several names."

"Most of them are pretty young, it's just that kind of site," Amy said distantly as something popped up, and she hurriedly typed a reply back. "The best part is that everyone has the same opinion so there's never any real argument about it. Just debate about how the best way to fix the problem would be."

"That sounds different from most of the forums I have been on. Though I figure keeping the inner forums invitations only does help with that." Quickly scanning the discussion herself, she titled her head. "Oh, SilverSaber just made a good point!' She hesitated for a moment, before quickly typing into something along that regard along with a note of herself and pressed enter.

"Everyone being younger is even better because you don't have people who are older looking down you and talking about how our points are ridiculous or whatever," Amy said as she continued reading. "It's great, it really is."

"I can see with what you mean." Hope had to refresh her screen as the extensions Amy had referred to installed itself, but then the full discussion opened up. "Thanks for getting me in here, Amy. I think I am really going to enjoy this."
