Hope and Tandy enjoy fashion week.

"How you enjoy it?" Tandy took a seat right next to Hope during the 15 minute intermission as the next set of models were getting ready back stage. "Hopefully it isn't too boring."

Hope grinned with glittering eyes. "Tandy, you know I enjoy these. Even if I might have to resort to asking Ms. Ferguson to make me facsimile instead of buying directly. That will have to come in the future."

"If you want and get time off, I can still score you tickets for one of the out of Country ones. However, must warn you, people are a little 'stuck up'." Tandy smirked.

"Nah, I think that is going to be a little bit hard. I mean, I have only just started working full time and I am pretty swamped between PA'ing and my training." Hope grinned. "That is what I get for taking on a little more..."

"I can imagine. Never thought being an adult would be so hard." Tandy shook her head. "Only you are crazy enough to ask for more work. Just remember, all work and no play is bad. Make sure you take some time for yourself."

"When you get a chance like this, you have to take it. I really enjoy the event planning side of the work, so I don't mind putting in the extra hours. Besides, if I ever really want to buy something like this..." She strengthened it with a gesture to the catwalk. "I will have to put in quite a few more hours. Though... my usual haunts also have lovely things."

"Could ask Adri about some of these outfits." Tandy bumped the other girls shoulder with her own. "How is event planning going? Anything in the works?"

"That wouldn't be really fair, would it?" Hope hesitated for a moment. "Do you ever do any work for Reiss? I think it's one of favorite brands. And I think we have like three or four events in the work, though two are ladies luncheons. Preparations for the season are already at full speed though. Everyone is jockeying for the best dates."

"True. But it is always good to have people you can ask. Reiss? He is going to be at the show in England. Want me to see if I can pull some strings?" Tandy shook her head. "Not sure how you can schedule those kind of things. I can barely keep up with the social media, I am glad that you found something you like doing."

"I hate to ask... but yes?" Hope looked just a little embarrassed, but she was not gonna let this chance lie. "And there is actually something of a system to it. There is a bit of a hierarchy... the highest set their dates first and so the rest follows. It takes a lot of talking with other PA's and event planners to figure what is going one."

"Consider it done." Tandy patted Hope's arm. "Where do you fall in the hierarchy?"

"Oh, I personally have no spot yet. But what the Keller's... it find it hard to guess still. They are in a decent spot. I am still watching with a lot of interest as this all takes place."

"Is it weird working for the Kellers?" Tandy asked with a raised eyebrow. "I can't imagine working for Julian can be easy."

"Easy it is not. But I would not call it hard either. It can be challenging... I freely admit that. You have to know your job and know it well." Hope spoke thoughtfully. "But then again, my position is a little different from other employees in the company."

"Knowing the boss has an advantage for sure." Tandy winked at Hope. "It is always good to have that on your side."

"Also have to be careful though that it does not start a lot of gossip." Hope commented. "Some things are very easily perceived as me having an advantage in that. People love to talk way too much."

"Oh gossip...it will happen no matter what." Tandy looked around at the people around them. "They sure do. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some photos of you and Julian just having a normal conversation and they are blowing it out of the water. Best you can do is ignore it...I am in your corner."

"I have no doubts about that. In fact, I think I should be glad one of the tabloids has not yet picked up a story like this... Though I have not seen Mr. Keller in them for a while." Hope mused.

"Pray it continues." She shuddered at the memory of what had happened only a year ago. It seemed so long ago to Tandy. "That is good. He should stay out. Tabloids not good for any company."

"Amen to that." Feeling the voices behind her rise, she pulled out her program. "So what is next... Jenny Packham. Curious to see what she has this time!"

Tandy pulled out her phone to look at the schedule, "Yes. And after her, Adri's line."
