The guys are left to amuse themselves while Kitty and Lorna make sure they look pretty.

x_crowdofone: *Jamie watches the girls walk toward the bathroom apprehensively, shifting the last crumbs of his food around on his plate* Wonder what they're gonna talk about in there?

x_havok: *Alex grins playfully at Jamie, running a hand through his hair as he leans back in his chair. You mean you don't know?

x_crowdofone: Um . . . no. This is . . . well, counting the concert, my third date ever, and the first--well, okay, the concert there, too, but we didn't go to a restaurant like this. *blinks* Do you know?

x_havok: Wow, calm down. *laughs softly* I listened to girls on beaches for five years. Of course I know. First, they'll compliment each other on how good they look and help each other touch up thier hair and stuff...
x_havok: Then, they'll go on to how the night's going, how thier date is acting...stuff like that...
x_havok: Then, they finish by schemeing ways to set the mood so the night won't end on the doorstep. *winks playfully at Jamie* if you know what I mean...

x_crowdofone: *cough* Yeah. That part I get. *grins slightly* Although, y'know, their hair already looks fine and, um, it's not like it'll take much of a scheme to set the mood really. *shrugs* Guess it's just a girl thing.

x_havok: *grins* yeah, it's a girl thing...it's a ritual ...all of them do it... no matter how good thier hair looks, it has to be fixed in some way to make it better...

x_crowdofone: So when they come back, we say something nice, then? *grin* That I can do. *drums briefly on the table, looking toward the bathroom again* Y'know, you guys really should've come to the Stomp concert, it was awesome.

x_havok: *sits forward, leaning his elbows on the table* wanted to, but I got really into that music assignment Alison gave us...kind of forgot about the concert. What was so awesome about it?

x_crowdofone: The whole thing. Choreography, and the rhythm, and . . . they did all this amazing stuff with just regular stuff, it was just really cool. *grins* And Kitty liked it.

x_havok: *couldn't help but laugh at the last part* Well, then it must have fantastic if it won your girl's approval!

x_crowdofone: Ms. Blaire was talking about going again in a month or so, you could see for yourself then. *grins* Still not used to thinking about her like that, though.

x_havok: I'll have to check it out then, since Kitty loved it so much...*grins* Don't think about...it should be natural by now...

x_crowdofone: Well, it still seems really new. I'm still busy being thankful all the other guys here were too dumb to notice her before I got here.

x_havok: Don't matter what they think about her dude, only about what you think...But then again, you got here before me so i wouldn't know what was going on

x_crowdofone: Well, I just meant, it didn't take me a whole lot of time to see how amazing she is. *grins* And we didn't have to have a huge fight first, either.

x_havok: *laughs* You mean like me and Lorna? Though it wasn't really a fight, more of a forcefully coming to our senses...or face the wrath of Ms. Braddock and my brother

x_crowdofone: Oh, man. *snicker* That'd do it. They're both really nice, but I wouldn't want 'em mad at me, that's for sure.

x_havok: Yes well, I think we interrupted something...what I really don't want to know...but they sure weren't pleased, I know that...makes me feel like I'm living up to my duties as a little brother *smirks*

x_crowdofone: Heh. You and Paige should trade notes.

x_havok: Yes, I should learn from a more experienced little sibling...I have 9 years of older brother torture to make up
x_havok: *looks at his watch* They've been gone a long time...how long does it take to touch up thier hair?

x_crowdofone: You're asking the guy who didn't think there was anything wrong with it before, remember? They're probably debating Johnny Depp versus Orlando Bloom, or something.

x_havok: *laughs* your probably right...though Johnny Depp was deffinatly the better pirate...

x_crowdofone: Heh. That's for sure. Wonder how hard it would be to put together a Jack Sparrow Halloween costume.

x_havok: *laughs* That would be so classic...I'll deffinatly help you pull that off.

x_crowdofone: *grins* Well, actually, what I was thinking was, I go as Agent Smith too--I bet if I practiced I could make it look like I was doing that takeover-clone trick, I could sneak up on the Jack Sparrow dupe when everybody was watching.

x_havok: *bursts out laughing at the thought* Matrix meets Pirates of the Caribbean...only you could pull off something bizarre like that...

x_crowdofone: *deadpan* Arr, Mr. Anderson.

x_havok: *snorts trying to hold in more laughter*

x_crowdofone: *grins, looks over* Hey, here they come finally. Don't let on about the costumes, it'll be funnier if it's a surprise.
