Kurt and Scott, this morning

Scott, having read between the lines of Kurt's post, goes looking and finds him haunting the infirmary, wracked with guilt and about to fall over from lack of sleep and food. He hauls him off to eat, but it's anyone's guess as to whether the reassurances penetrate.

( I'm sure there's one of Lorna's special meals for those who are not hungry but who still need to eat before they collapse in here somewhere )

Scott and Ororo, Thursday morning

The morning after her return from Egypt, Ororo seeks out Scott, still troubled by how much she enjoyed her little spot'o'thievery. Scott gives fairly good advice, even if in the end it can be summed up by 'Don't worry so much.'

Admist all the chaos, Wanda feels she has to get something off of her chest and seeks out Ororo, bearing food. Decisions are made and then gossip is had, trying to escape the insanity of the outside world.

( It has been a stressful few weeks and I've always felt that food solved a great many problems. )

Amanda, Haller - phone conversation Thursday afternoon

Haller calls Remy, wanting to straighten things out but Remy's still not back in the office and Amanda answers. A simple misunderstanding just went from bad to Catastrophic.

Terry and Crystal - a tour of the school

Thursday evening: Forge, Moira, and Marius

After the argument with Doug, Forge has decided to sequester himself from the journal system and devote his time to working in his lab. Unfortunately, this means he's been completely ignorant of Marius' emergency. Moira decides it's time to make sure the boy's informed to avoid shock later. She mostly succeeds.

( That can't be right. )

Shortly after, Forge tries to play detective with Marius' belongings, hoping something will spark his brain into action. Instead, it turns out to be Marius who fades into consciousness and has a quick conversation that reasserts Forge's complete lack of bedside manner of any sort.

( I'm thinking vaporized sulfuric acid. Awesome. )
